Asparagus wrapped in Parma ham
This is as simple as wrapping parma ham (£1.45, Aldi) around sticks of asparagus (99p, Aldi).
Pop them in a baking dish with a gentle swirl of oil and cracked black pepper.
Bung them in the oven with the rest of your tapas dishes until cooked. But if doing on their own I would suggest 190c for about 10 minutes or until the parma ham has gone crispy.
They also make a delicious starter!
